A lecture by Kevin Kesckes PhD., regarding shifting from a more traditional leadership style to a collaborative style, where each individual is accountable and holds a leadership role.

Live music will start the evening at 6 pm. Followed by the lecture and discussion at 7 pm.

As with all Project Grow events, this is free and there will be local libations to inspire community and conversation.
