Bio:
"Focusing on texture and material, Tess Bidelspach makes wearable abstractions that blur the line between garment and fine art. With an emphasis on the process of creation, Tess begins each piece with a single material and employs unconventional hand techniques that transform it into something entirely new. While remaining mindful of the human form, Tess' work eludes to her thought process and allows the viewer a glimpse into her unique world view. Tess' whimsical pieces are scheduled for the June 2011 show at Golden Rule, and were featured in the December 2010 show at Project Grow."
